The lights blink once to confirm it got the signal. Attempts to turn over, for a split second. But it fails, it literally just trys to catch in a split second. Then the light flashs once again when it 'fails'

Is the process for learning the Tach the same if mine trys to start if for several seconds? Somewhere in the range of 30, if I had to guess.
