People can all have their opinions - mine is that FS wants to maximize profit. They cannot maximize profit if their computer techs are fixing computers rather than upgrading them. Same with customer service staff and sales people dealing with returns rather than selling new. Thus FS tries it's best to offer computers that maximize their dollar while minimizing their repair ratio. And I believe they do.
