Just saw a news report from Toronto.

There were 2 rottwiler attacks in the past week. Now they're talking about broadening the pitbull ban to include other dogs.

That didn't take long.

sux but some people (those who abuse dogs) just never learn and sadly this is justice/the publics solution to the problem.

It's really a shame. I wonder how far this "ban" will go. What breed will they ban next?

And banning dogs is ghey anyway. Because the dumb people that allowed them to attack in the first place will still get them and keep them illegaly so the problem really doesn't get solved.

It is about as smart/effective as banning guns.

I took in a terrior from a questionable situation. The lady was left with her boyfriends dog when he was put in rehab and never came back for him.
He is an amazing dog. 10 months old now, friendly as can be. Listens great, friendly with everyone and other dogs. But he is being put down Monday as one of our neighbours reported him.
Not fair at all to him. You look at him and see a puppy full of life that is going to be killed for no reason. The guy is sitting here with his head on my lap right now, never hurt a person and because his breed has been abused he is going to be killed.

Hell I would take him if I could afford the plane ticket to fly him out.
