Throw in what you want to achieve and the time you have and you're set.
BTW, training legs more than once a week is not giving them sufficient time to recover. However, if you have the time to spend in the gym training legs twice a week, do quad's and ham's on seperate days.

FWIW your legs needs 2-3 SOLID days of recovery before they should be worked hard again... so basically don't do hams one day and then quads/calves the next... won't work well.
work opposites on the same day
back chest
shoulders tri's
quads/ hams
do abs EVERY WORKOUT
there is little need to do things like "arms" (most people mean biceps) because they are used in all uper body movements. I never did bi's myself and i was usually bigger/stronger than those who did...dunno might just be me...
the biggest thing for getting big is how u eat BTW.
load up on protien WITHIN 30minutes of finishing to get it to the muscles ASAP. also eat something fatty (not McD's) like peanut butter or a ham sandwhich as it will also help recovery... and LOTS OF WATER
i can givee some starter movements when i get back from track and a garage sale.. (late afternoon)
oh ya, have fun too...

Not gonna sit here and pretend to be a big guy or whatever cuz I'm not. On the other hand I have done lots of reading and do have a decent idea what to do/not do.
Your legs, you are WAY overdoing it, it is recommended by damn near every trainer/site that you get at minimum 5 days of recovery. If your looking to make any gains, proper nutrition is key. You need to get at minimum 1gram of protein per pound of LEAN BODY MASS, people confuse this and think its body weight, it is not. As mentioned there are some exercises some people can get away without doing. Forearms are one of the ones that can often be left to be, they get worked somewhat virtually all the time in every exercise.
Doing triceps a day after or before chest is also a risky thing, depending on your grip for benchpress you can really work the triceps hard so I'd really suggest doing triceps/chest same day.
Also, for your abs, do not dedicate a day solely on these, if your one of those guys who does hundreds of situps/crunches stop that. Grab a plate for the barbells and set on your chest and use that, lower reps with heavy weight will be far more beneficial.
