OK working on my new door skins had me thinking of this last night....

when you guys are installing (or doing whatever I guess) what is the most dangerous tool you use, and what is the tool that you end up getting the most injurys from ?

I think mine are angle grinders and the hot glue gun I keep burning my freekn hand with

Gawd dam cable ties after you cut the ends off .. they are like little tiny razor blades.

2nd would be needle nose plyers. If you
clamp down tight on them and whatever your griping slips out, you end up pinching the meaty part of your index finger. ouch!

My drywall/exacto knife.

I think I'm just too uncoordinated to be allowed to use a knife. I always end up knicking my fingers.

Exacto knives always seem to get me too!!!

Not the actual tool but:
The metal edges of holes I cut, with the air nibbler are brutal also. Even after deburring and filing precautions have been made.

alot of the plastic panels in cars will slice you open more often than a tool will

when the most pain i have ever gotten from a tool was from those tire wieght removers. it slipped and gave me the most nastyest blood blister
