ouch.. yea, I put a drill bit into my hand once when I was like 12 or 13.. still have a nice scar on my hand...

I chose an angle grinder as the most dangerous because the crazy fing things like to try and lunge out of your hand when you turn them on...

1) Angle grinder
2) Oxy-Acetylene torch
3) MIG welder
4) Engine hoist when not used properly

Luckily I have only evern set my shirt on fire with #1 and #3 so I consider myself fairly skiller, or at least lucky.

Most dangerous would be a robertson driver bit in my cordless drill. Don't know how many times I've slipped and cut my fingers with those.

Most injurys would be from my hammer. I guess that kinda comes with carpentry though.

Pencil
Falling asleep while writing; as my head came down the pencil went straight up the snoozle. I could feel the eraser in my eye socket. I erased part of my cornea, and now I'm partially blind in one eye. Sometimes I still sneeze out little bits of lead and wood.

Ewww that had to hurt! I've had a paint brush go partially up my nose (cant remember exactly how but it was similar situation) and I caught it before it got any further than the nose itself. It hurt.

Lesson: mech gloves are great, but not around spinning power tools!
At my last job I worked at, a guy was wearing some gloves, running a drill press in a metal shop, same thing happened to him. Pulled the drill press over (really heavy old one) and busted his finger nicely. Past the middle joint it was bent up instead of down, if you know what I mean, nasty stuff.......

Lawnmower.
i had a brand new one rattle a nut off(under the deck), while firing it up for the first time and adjusting the governor speed.discharged the nut into my ankle, and dropped me like a sack"o"potatoes
also had a co-worker that removed a few fingers while he reached under the mower deck for something
dumb thing about it,is it was his own machine @ home.
another guy at the same place ,managed to get himself caught in the flywheel of a Gravely,16 hp kohler engine, just tore most of his clothing off,and scared the crap out of him.

My luck with fire is also another issue....
