XCoppers Represented me and I still got convicted of my full offense

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever been in this situation where the X-Copper or agent claimed they did everything they could? My offense was only a two pointer, not even speed related. The only reason why I couldn't attend court on my behalf was b/c I was out of the country on business. I paid them A LOT of money to investigate the situation and show up on my behalf. Now I'm getting a notice from the court that I have been convicted with a hefty fine. X-Copper claimed they showed up but seems shady to me.

What did you do to get them to give you your money back? Did you have to threaten to call the local papers? I did an internet search and X-Coppers have a long running history of bad service, ranging from not showing up (so you lose because someone didn't even come) or lying to you about what happened in court.

Any links on the internet or information would be much appreciated.

This is not a thread about paying the fine. I'm asking about how to make sure an agent that I hired is doing the work they have been hired to do. I have already paid the fine for your information. Everyone would agree that they wouldn't want to be scammed by any third party companies over promising on what they can do for you in court.

go to the court and ask for the paperwork ,see what it said on who was there

Am I the only one who thinks that you could have had the date moved if you were out of the country on business?

Either way... this isn't audio related so I'm moving it to Off Topic...

Do they guarantee a win? Doubt it. Sounds like you have a case of TFB.

Shoulda checked into this BEFORE paying them.. :eyes:

Also, you should be careful of making libelous statements against lawyers. Probably not the best idea :dunno:

they dont guarantee , the paper that u signed says that it's all luck of the draw, read next time before u sign.

did they tell u they win or its free? if they did not then they keep yo money.

the truth is, u can do anything about xcoppers now, they had the last laugh. you could appeal your conviction if you really want to and get a proper lawyer to handle it. xcoppers are not lawyers, nor are they anything close to a real lawyer. any average person is as good in court as a xcoppers representative, the only diff between them and you is that they know what to say and when, in most cases anyways but unfortunately not in yours.

i went to xcoppers once with a 30 over speeding ticket, all charges against me were dismissed..............because the judge did not show.

cop did not show
judge did not show
