Heatstroke!

turns out swinging a sledge hammer all day working on asphalt in the +30 weather WILL catch up to you, and it happens suddenly and you dont know it until you do a face plant head first into the ground

and then you go to the hospital and get pumped full of fluid, **** like a race horse and have a head ache from hell.

this blows

 

Been there, done that, wish I woulda at least got a t shirt :P....Sorry to hear that man...

 

Its going to hit 30 again today...and to think it was snowing 2 weeks ago.

 

I wish that my weather was that nice right now...I am lucky it I will see -2C today...or in the next few weeks for that matter...Snow is beginning to be highly over rated!
