Also get a voltage meter for your car so you can make sure the voltage doesn't drop below 12.0 at any point when you're listening. Preferably not below 12.9 when your car is running or so.

Run them in parallel at 1.5 ohms. The box rise should keep them above 2-3 ohms hopefully. As long as you have good clean wiring and ground, and a decent battery, that amp should be okay at 1.5 ohms....

That dual 10 wedge looks great.

The box size 16x33x21 is quite small for a pair of 15s, although the RT15s don't have very large box requirements so you might be alright. I'd do two 12s in that...

Hey, yes actually. I ended up using it in my home theater on a large 13v power supply. But would still sell for $250 if you're interested.

You can wire each set of three to 1.33 ohm, or all 6 together to a 2.66 ohm load

You will need two amps that are 1 ohm stable, or one amp that is 2 ohm stable.

To wire each side to 1.33 ohm,...

If you're sticking with one sub you might as well get the most of it. I'd look for 1000-1200w rms at 2 ohms if I were you. That Idmax will shine with the extra power on tap.

My guess is the amp is getting lower voltage then before as well? Perhaps your ground isn't perfect or your battery isn't as in good shape. The sub is dual 2 ohm or dual 4?

Out of the list the Sundown stands out. But I'd look for something closer to 1000w at 2 ohms for that IDMax. If you are looking at alpine then consider the MRP or MRD-1000, or the M110, in fact I...

A 2:1 ratio is a good start, so you could try 5 or even 6 cubes net for the ported side. I'd try a 12x10 port for 120 sq in of port area, 226 seems excessive, and the port length for 45-50hz tune...
