I'm not looking for very high end gear because its not in the budget, but something around 600 or 700 RMS to power two 122.7 subs is what I'm after.

Budget is a couple of hundred, little more, little less maybe. Obviously "new in box" would command a premium.

The Infinity 611A or maybe a MTX is about my level.

Wish I could spend more, but I have champagne tastes on a beer budget

Rockford Fosgate Power 501, does around 600w rms @ 2ohms. I can do it for 180$ shipped to your door. You're getting high end for a budget price.

It's a few years old but in good condition, probably beefier internals than the newer ones, and it's the Power series, not Punch.
