interesting it looks like a fake or something to me. if it does do what it claims that is a cool novelty but ya you cant hear below 20hz so kind of useless. kind of similar to the cyclone but with a new twist. never said how much power it needs.

We cannot hear above 22kHz (approx) but that doesn't stop super-tweeters or Hi-res music from adding to your perceived musical enjoyment.

For low low stuff it is about the feeling.

This is most definatly for real. Those that have seen it are very impressed.

110dB @ 10Hz.

Est. $12,000
Must be placed in seperate room (attic) due to fan noise...

Every time I read about something like this I want to get my PG Cyclone up and running even more!!

I've just got money going to other things and want to make sure that when I get the Cyclone running I do it properly so I'm not disapointed

^ The cyclone is very similar in concept, but they work with a box and the fins had much more surface area so they could create back pressure inside the box...... cyclone is a much better design IMO... plays up to around 40hz I think (jordy)??

This think might be cool for HT or whatever... but I don't think many DVDs or CDs (ect) have much information below 20hz anyway....

For ****z and giggles it might be phun to add a tension bar to a celing fan and hook it up to a power amp.... you'd get the same effect, although the output woudln't be as accurate...... Im not sure it would really matter at those frequencies anyway.....
