Well with the smaller decks you can remove the deck but with the lcd's you can't so I was just wondering if there are any anti-theft features??

 

Eclipse has a 1 year replacement warranty if stolen on their dvd units. They are also 100% useless if stolen (provided you have coded the unit when it is installed).

 

kenwood dnx 8120 and others have a pass code. if set makes the unit inoperable once power is removed. unless you have the code that is.. only kenwood can unlock the deck if you loose or its stolen..

the kenwood dnx 8120 has two usb one for ipod direct control and the other for any compatible usb v2 device (direct control). the garmin nav maps are stored on the unit and it plays cd, dvd, cdr, dvdr +-, mp3 dvd cd with id tags, divx (avi),aac, windows media. it has built in parrot bluetooth. DTS, 5.1 surround, dolby digital. its Sat and HD ready. has steering remote input. it has 2 video outputs, 1 input, rear veiw camera ready with reverse feature. one of the only reverse tilt screens out there. and comes with a remote.. oh and a 3 year warranty like all the kenwood Excelon line.
forgot the SD card slot for updates. no cd/dvd needed to use the GPS.

I really like that, and want to get one installed but can't find anywhere in winnipeg that sells it. actually I just checked ebay and they are way to expensive anyone know of any cheaper ones that are almost similar?
