NHL
I blame the greedy players, and the owners who agree to pay the millions of dollars a year. You could see the lockout coming for years, yet nobody did anything about it. We need to go back to the glory days of the '80s and early '90s. Back then it didn't cost $200 to get into a game. The only victims in this lockout is the fans. The players are still getting paid from the NHLPA, and the owners are apparently losing less money not playing, as opposed to when the players play. I just hope that we get the NHL back soon, if ever. I don't know about you guys, but the Edmonton Roadrunners just aren't filling the void left by the lack of NHL hockey. It would be pretty crappy if both Edmonton and Calgary lost their teams.

All the players are being paid by the NHLPA.
Oh yah, the Flames were also amongst the most profitable teams last year and even though the dollar was low. Now that it's up they would make even more money.
The commisioner is a ***** face
