k i went to a body shop 2 day and they gave me a rough price of 2500. i have been told that's a little 2 cheap and should investigate a bit more. is thier any places that will do a good job as well as have a semi good price. i know i'm going to be paying an arm and a leg for this paint/rust job, but it's worht it. if any one can direct me in the right direction that would be great. i'm trying to stay in the vermilion area. lloydminster is the farest i will go and wainright. i really do not want to bring it to edmonton for a crap load of reasons. safty of my car, cost of bringing car up thier and then taking the bus back home and what not. worrying if she is ok. also not being able to see her when ever i want. yes i get attached to my car's. thx to any one that can give me some idea's to where to bring my car for paint/rust.

Hey chunk, look into Norris Ford here in Wainwright. They do excellent work. The body guys there are Ken Schram, and Todd Creasy. If you are paying cash, I am sure they can do you a better price.

Chunk just research ALL of it first before you make your final decision.

I would recommend Hi-way auto body in Irma. I have a friend that works there and they do top notch work and reasonable prices.

i suggest just driving it. why put that much money into a car like that? not that there is anything wrong with cavaliers', I drive one myself, but i can pretty much guarantee that no matter where you bring it to get the body work/paint done, it will be rusty again within three years.

After all.. the car is already 15 years old.

Just cause its old, doesn't mean it shouldn't be repainted. And yes I know I picked classic cars, but who knows, maybe one day the cavy will be a classic.
