Can you get XM radio in Canada?

I was wondering if you can get Xm radio in Canada. I went to the website and if the *** it says no. I was thinking about getting it. Well does anybody know if I can get Xm radio or something else that is like it?

Yes you can get it in Canada. All you have to do is have a current email account that isn't obviously Canadian like: iamcanadian@canada.ca and a credit card for payment. They email you the statement and you pay via your credit card.

I believe the reference is to the FAQ (frequently asked questions). As for XM, you can have an "XM ready" deck, but you must purchase the receiver and a subscription to the service. The CRTC has deemed it illegal to own due to lack of Canadian content. But it can be acquired by purchasing a receiver from the US and suscribing under a US address. Once again, it is illegal to have in Canada but can be found.
