New subs arived in the mail.

Well thanks to MR2NR I got a great deal on a paire of shallow mount pioneer 12's.
I know most here won't get to exited about these since they have limited xmax but I will still share.

These are actually pretty heavy for their size and just, like the smaller 8's of the same model line that I use to own, they are pretty sexy. I am a driver junky. I am inching closer to an all pioneer setup.

These unfortunetly are going into a prefab box. yes those are words from the devil. However prefabs aren't as bad as we all make them out to be as long as they have the proper air space and these 12's optimaly are looking for 0.8 cubic feet and that's what my prefab is. Come spring a more custom box will be made and will not take up any of my cargo area.

It had been so long since I had dedicated subs, having these in is quite the surprise. My truck is a rattle trap and these subs are pretty nice. I thought it was bad before with just my SLS midbases in the doors. Subs sure do add to the listening experience.
