Rockford Fosgate Punch 160.4 Amp

Hello,
Im about to buy a used Punch 160.4 amp and want to know how good the amp is. I belive it is about 10yrs old and the seller is asking $75. Is the amp worth to buy or not??

It's a solid 4 channel ....well worth $75.00 as long as it is in working condition!
