replying in classifieds

i saw the stickied post that said "it has been disabled", my question is why? IMO its a silly idea to not allow replies.

wether its been up before or not is not the issue, i thought this was a feedback forum?

Actually... whether or not it's been brought up before IS the issue.

There's no use rehashing a dead issue. You can't reply in classifieds. The mods will not reconsider this decision. End of discussion.

ok, can i ask why there are some people that are able to reply then? There are threads where people other than the original poster have replys in the classifieds. My point was more why can they reply when some cant.
