need help with fosgate 6001 monoblock install

hey guys

i got a 6001 fosgate monoblock amp 300 watts X 1 in 4 0hm mode. I have a small jl0 (entry level jl 12" sub) 4 Ohms and i wanna hook it up. I cjecked the manual there is only 2 scenarios - either 2 4 Ohm subs or 1 @ Ohm sub.
There is a speaker A and speaker B connection
Can i hook this one sub only to get 300 watts in 4 Ohm mode. If so how should i connect the speakers ?

Thanks a lot
Leo

Because it is a mono amp it doesnt really matter how you hook it up wether it be speaker A or B the amp is just marked that way so you don't have to wire your subs internaly in the box. So if you wire it up +/- A or +/- B it will not matter. And yes you will only get 300ish watts to one sub. Good luck

2ohm DVC can be wired at 1ohm or 4 ohm.

A little bit of wiring help on the Rockford Fosgate website.
