Hello, i am new here and this is my first poat.

I am looking to replace the stock stereo in my mercedes benz clk 320. I have looked around at the stores in my area at audio equipment. The few places that i have been have said that this is a samll car and there is not much I can do. All that I want is new deck, new cd changer (as it must be replaced with deck) replace all speakers, and put 2 subs in the trunk. I do not want a flashy deck that wil look out of place in the car. As far as i know there are 4 6.5 in the doors, 2 tweets, what i think are 8's in the back, and 2 speakers that look to be about a 4.

by the way the 6 disc changer is in the trunk

 

There's always lots you can do. If you're unsatisfactory with the shops you've been to so far then just keep looking. My sister's soon to be father-in-law has the CLK320 also and there's plenty of room to play with.
KHF in Scarborough would be a great place to start. Rather pricey but they have some good ideas and work on many higher-end vehicles.

I didn't know they were still in business. Kennedy Hi-Fi moved to markhan and do home theater. I guess the car audio shop was sold?

about 7 yrs ago, I bought part of my systems for my old car there, told them i was installing myself on the weekend, and was robbed in a big way sunday night. Although the cops could prove that the thieves they caught knew people at Kennedy Hi-Fi, they couldn't prove any link.
The 2 they caught got probation and community service, for 4 robberies on the same night.
