Power Acoustik?

Whats the general opinion of their subs? Seem kinda cheap but look nice. What would u tell a guy leaning towards the concept brand, sumtin available cheap online that comes across Power Acoustik? keep on walking by? or stop and take a serious look?

cheap. if they're anything like their amps. It's the type of equipment that teenages will put in their first car because they just can't afford quality yet because of school!

There is nothing wrong with there equipment it works well and doesn't break the bank. They have there place in the market. Would I put it in my car...sure I would try it and some people really like the line. They do rate there stuff using peak power which is a marketing ploy but overall if you were to look at a PA amp and it was a 200x2RMS it would be like buying a 150x2 in a Rockford or so on. I have sold a bit if it and have not had any complaints or returns. Guys will flame on it but really its not bad, not like the (Around Sounds) products (Pyramid, Pyle, Legacy Blitz) now those are true entry level lines.

Well, ive ran a power acoustik sapphire amp before and i would say it rocked as good as my Rodeks and orion 2150's.
I was very impressed with the amp for what i had paid for it. Had i had chance or need to buy another, i would have.

Now, as for their subs ive never tried them out. I am sure that someone here has before though and hopefully they can share some input on them

Come to think of it I even had a Fire & Ice 7 years ago and it slammed hard with 2 10" drivers in a bandpass box.
