Morel Temp 6.5, Anyone hear these? :)

I am looking into Morel speakers and I am reading that they are the entry-line speakers for morel.

I know the Tempo series is at the lower end of Morel, but how would the Temp's compare to lets say...the infinity reference series? The only car audio speakers around here that I can listen to are at Future Shop.

Just recently installed the Morel Tempo comps in my car, and I don't have a lot to compare with (went from factory to these), but they do sound amazing!

Morel entry line is in the same category as most brands high end line. The tempo line would be in the same category as the infinity perfect, alpine x, dls rs, etc...i love morel's sound so even their "low end" line is still better than most other brand's high end for me.

That sounds great, and the Tempo's are in my price range. I am looking for a very warm sounding speaker that blends with the tweeter quite well. It's to bad there are no dealers around here so I can't actually listen to them. But I know the brand is superb by what I have read.

I have watched some clips on youtube and they sound fantastic. If I get the Morel's I will be puting them on an amp for sure, running Morels off the deck power would just be stupid .

...and a shame! You won't be disappointed, they are by far the smoothest sounding speaker brand i've ever heard.

They are one of the finest speakers on the market today and the brand that I would use myself if I spent the time in my vehicle like i used to. Amazing speakers, shipped two pair out on thursday to CCA members.

Tweeters have flush mount or "pod" mounting option, mids are pretty much standard for mounting. I had to do some customization in way of an MDF "ring" to mount them properly in my doors. (2003 Honda Civic)

I've had the morel tempo's for about 3 years now, been in two vehicles, and they sounded amazing in both. They by far smoke anything at futureshop haha. I love mine, if I was to get another set of comps, it would be the tempo's again, the music is just so clear and crisp and warm on the ears unlike the infinity's which I have heard in person.

Also got them from Rob, good man.
