connecters...

hi.... im mad because i went to connect the connectors and i wired up my connector i bought to my head unit and it didnt work... i dont know if the new harness doesnt work of the factory harness...also my harness has 4 connectors and im only using 2 could that be the problem?

Dude, this should be a lesson learned. Stop now and have a shop fix the install that you have tried to do on your own. Nothing wrong with trying, what is wrong is trying, failing and then making matters worse when you don't know what you have done wrong or are about to do wrong.

You should start off by listing your what car you have, and what deck your trying to wire in.

sorry to confuse you guys but can i wire the head unit without the wiring harness i know what wire is which

1992-93 Toyota Camry Stereo Wiring Information wires in car

and i have the other wire info in my manual.

Is this possible?

hard wiring a stereo is a pita, especially if you are having troubles with something as simple as a harness.
