I recently isntalled some Eclipse 6x9s, pictured below. Apparently the tweeters are removeable, I was just wondering if anyone knows how exactly the tweeters come out since I cannot find any useful documentation on this and don't want to risk damaging them.

Are they designed to be removeable, no. Can they be removed, yes.

Their site also alludes to this being possible without extensive modification.

 

Sorry bout that, I was looking at a different generation of pointsource that I had in front of me at that very time....going into a VW Jetta for that matter. Send Westec a PM about this, he is the Eclipse tech rep for Canada and might have this info on hand.
