how is there customer service...

im about to buy a viper 690xv alarm and get it intalled by them...

and im paying 700 bucks but they gunna hook up my old command start cause it still works to start the car... its carburated so it pumps the gas twice and waits 2 secounds to crank the engine...
and u cant program the new ones todo this...

so plan is to hook the old command start up to a aux on the alarm or something and by pushing a button on the alarm remote it will send signal to old command start to start the car like ti always does...

u guys think it will work?

cause i dont wanna get ****ed around if i have problems of need it fixed...

im getting doors trunk pop etc...

It depends on the location you go to.

If I were you. I would go to FX Audio in Edmonton. They have some of the best guys around.

There is not one day that goes by that I don't see a BMW, Jag or something crazy in there. Hoocking up starters to the factory alarms and such. IMO They have the absolute best customer servise as well.

Visions rocks but I am not biased

The Edmonton guys to great work. Darrell is the store manager at the Ed West location and he used to manage my store. Good guy and won't rest till your satisfied. Feel confident in spending your money there as they will do their very best to earn your business.

i've had problems with visions in calgary, but only because i went in with a "this is how much money, what is the best system i can get" type of attitude back in the early days when i was just starting. if you go in to their store with a little knowledge, they will respect you a lot more.
