DODGE RAM 1500 with 2 batteries

OK, another 2003 four door Ram 1500 question...wondering if anyone has added a second battery in one of these? I am guessing behind the grill in front of the rad..

Don't the diesels come with a second battery? Put it where the factory did.

I'll have to check into it..Limited space inside already as I do not want to lose the rear seating..thank you
