My Subs is:

No, that amp would not be good enough for that sub...Look for something that puts out about 200-300 watts rms...What is the impendance of the sub (ohms)? Is it single voice coil (SVC) or dual voice coil (DVC)?

Actually that amp would be fine for those subs... .

if it's 300w RMS for the subs... the amp can be bridged to put out about 200w rms... so it'll be fine.

If your subs are SVC 4 Ohm coils then your going to need a 4 channel or mono block capable of 2 ohm stability. Something like a JBL CS300.1 or something of that nature. And if you find a 4 channel just bridge the amp so your running it in 2 channel mode one to each sub. If you box is a single chamber verses a dual chamber you should run a mono block or mono the single going into the 4 channel.
