Alpine system price check?

Just wanted to know if this is a good price for the following Alpine system.

2 x SRW-1242D Subs
1 x SPR-17LS Component
1x SPR-69LP 6X9
1x MVR-F345 2/3/4 channel Amp
1x MRD-M1005 mono Amp
1 x JVC KD-DV6200 head unit

Paid $1845.00 + tax for everything.

Thanks!

Anybody?
I just would like to know if this is a good deal or is there better gear a guy can get for the price.
This is my first attempt at car audio and I still have the option to return everything if I can do better.

Thanks Again.

i was just at visions today and i saw prices on some of the gear youve got.

subs were around 140/each
comps were 239, if you mean type S, type Rs i didnt look at.
6x9s were around 150
-F345 was listed for 399 or 499, cant remember
-m1005 was around 900
they dont carry jvc, so i cant comment on the head.

so yeah.... assuming you got the same stuff i saw, then you definitely got a better price than most people would get in town.
deals are always there if you ask for them and shop around enough, but as long as you get good service, sometimes its worth while to pay a bit more.

spr69lp- 199.99
mrvf345- 649.99

The subs, comps and 6x9s are type R. So seems like a good deal then.
I would comment on the price I paid for each item, but the invoice does not show the individual prices...everything is listed as 0.00 and just shows the total sale price.
I just happened to purchased the stuff from Visions and can't remember what the salesman quoted on each piece.

2 observations
1: the subs are 4+4 ohms that means each are either
2 ohms if in paralel or 8 ohms in series.
Connect both subs together and they are either 1 ohm if in paralel or 4 ohms if in series.
The amp puts out 1000 watts into 2 ohms or 700 into 4 ohms. Ask the dealer how he plans to connect the subs.
He cannot put htem in parallel because it woud be 1 ohm and the amp cannot take it. In series it is 4 ohms and not taking full advantage of your amp.

If you get a pair of swr1222D you can wire them up to give 2 ohms and get the maximum out of your amp.

2: All Alpine except for the jvc deck....hmm...why not go for a good alpine deck? JVC is Panasonic's low end product line...

I ended up getting the IVA-310 and PXA-H701.
I also picked the 1222D subs and had them install Type-X comps.
It took them a full day to install everything including alarm/remote start.
For now the components are in the door and the subs are in a sealed Bassworx enclosure.
The system sounds damn good, and when I have time I will be building some kick panel enclosures and do a custom sub box or something a little more exotic. Also need to add some b-quiet to tame the rattling in the trunk.
I haven't decided on what to do for a center channel yet, but was thinking of doing type-x all around. Does anyone have any pictures of a center channel installed...not sure how I would mount the center.
