Is this wrong??
i just got my first system. on the subs they have 2 separate termanels with a + and a -. i hooked them up as following........i connected wire on each termanel to both +'s and then to both -'s, then bridged them to make 1 + and 1 - wire, which go to the + and - termanels on the sides of the encloser for the main hookup. did i do it right or wrong???

it is fine as long as your amp is stable at 2 ohms.. if you can, post the specs of your amp... ie rms rated power at 4 ohms and 2 ohms, whether its a monoblock or 2 channel amp etc.. then someone can tell you for sure

from what u said and all that ur amp will be running 850 Watts RMS x 1 Channel @ 2 Ohms and 1% THD+N with one sub...........
My bad wat i said before, i got confused with dual 2's...u have dual 4 ohm drivers...ur gonna either be stuck at 550 rms (pic there)

Or ask your retailer if its safe to run at 1 ohm and in that case

yea with 2 DVC 4ohm subs... everything parallel.... you are running at 1ohm............
If the amp is not 1ohm stable (I don't know if it is or not) you can still get away with this wiring scheme as long as you keep the gains turned down and the amp out of clipping....
given the 1500W rating I would think that its 1ohm stable anway..... but I'd contact their tech support just the same.....
