Ok, just got a 2 channel amp to drive my fronts and I was checking the Ohms on my aftermarket infinity reference series, and they're supposed to be 2 ohm.

i measure my left speaker, it comes out to 2.5 Ohms (mostly acceptable)
I measure my right speaker, it comes out to 8 Ohms

What's going on here? I didn't install these speakers as I hate removing door panels, did futureshop mess something up?

Nevermind, I'm dumb. I was measuring at the mid point of the wire, I think my unterminated ends were touching or something.

Took the door panel apart, checked the speaker, it's fine, measured it, reads 2 Ohms.

Put everything back together, both sides now read 2.5ohms.
