I was wondering if any one knows the sealed box requirments fo a jensen jx 1200 12 inch subwoofer in a reg cab pickup i had it givin to me and i want it to sound as good as it can until i have the money for the pioneers i want any help is greatly appreceated thanks

Thanks i appreceate it i just was givin 4 12inch sony xplods the red ones for 300 bucks with 3 amps and was wondering the best enclosure design for a reg cab 1985 f150 any help thanks alot

 

would you believ the owners manual says 2.6 cuft for sealed and 1.25 ported found it on the website but the 10 inch reqires 1.1 cuft go figure

i know you all like to laugh at jensen but their subs are not that crappy... sure they still suck compaired to somthing above the 100 dollar range, but still for what walmart sells them for they are ok... kinda...not really but still...

 

im not laughin at them i had 6 of the 10" jensen subs about 10 years ago I only used 3 at a time on a power acustic apache 1400 and they hit real low and for the life of me I coulden blow em up.

 

Toddyboy, you must have some solid friends... I wish mine would unload that many free subs on me.
