Best amp for 2 Rockford 12" P3's

Like the title says...

How much power should i need? 300? 400? 600?
1 channel or 2?

ya 500, 600rms each sub. And to determine to proper amp configuration we need to know what voice coils they have. Eg 2x4ohm DVC's ...so on
