pioneer CD-IB100 and CD-IB100II question

Anybody know what the difference is between these two units?

There is no real difference. The IB100II may be unique to the US market but I am not certain on that. The 2006 Pioneers work very well with either unit as the HU's have been tweaked to interface better with them.
