wage info wanted

hey folks, im just wondering what you guys feel a fair wage hourly for an installer with a great aptitude, a hard worker, and whos willing to always learn, with about a year and a halfs experience should be paid, i understand many things factor into this and its imposible to say fro sure but id love some feedback if you would oblige. this is not for u rob lol i dont want to be paid in frosties and muffins

I would say around $12.00 to $15.00 an hour

That translates into 3 additional lunches for me each week, 4 more frostees and 7 more muffins. Way to go Snatchez. Thanks for keeping up with the hard work.

haha. nice, no wonder when he first got advertising he sent me a cheesecake

$15 / hr isn't bad pay for a job where you can meet a ton of people have be in a cool work environment. Ive been to Davis' shop a few times, i image it would be fun to work there, minus the long hours.

That's his ytd average, but it's taken alot of hours to make that money.

Doesn't FS have some of the highest paid installers in the Industry??
No wait, that just what they try'd to tell me to prevent giving me a raise.

apparently I cant get a raise because I make the max n installer can make. Then I find out other ppl are makin more. .. just keep smiling.
