Product is called "Great Stuff". Its an expanding foam generally used to seal around window/door jams and such.

Its extremely messy, but will do a good job if you fill your entire trunklid with it. Cost is around $8 a can

things you should know:
1- it expands a lot and will look unattractive
2- try not to get it on your bare hands, it can cause a reaction (wear gloves)
3- it can bend sheet metal if you glop on too much
4- it is first and foremost an adhesive, it will try to bond to anything it touches (gloves, skin, basically anything )
5- it is primarily air once it cures so it is very light

unreal description. unless you dont give a about your trunklid, and how it might look after, i wouldn't use it. its the hardest thing in the world to get off sheet metal

Yeah spray foam is absolutely retarded. I got my hands full of them, and decided it was a great idea to try and press the foam off on the hood of my car... Turns out my hand prints are still there. lol

I to have also used expanding foam to fill gaps/spaces in my trunk lid and it did expand enough to push up a few different parts of the sheet metal on the trunk. Definately noticeable if you look at it in the right light.
