Thumbs down Zapco's customer service - adios
Just got the FYI that Robert Rugani and his dad were let go at Zapco USA. So if anyone is looking for real customer service from Zapco - GOOD LUCK.

Is this the end of Zapco USA

I don't know - According to Robert he's still processing this and left it at that.

He'd be a great asset to any company IMHO - I recommended ARC Audio. Time will tell.
