PPI 2050AM Art Series Problem

I have the amp described above and it doesnt work, anyone know where I can bring it to get tested/fixed

Was it powered up without the bottom plate attached? I have the same amp and have read that the bottom helps hold down the transistors

S&s electronics?? Maybe someone has a better suggestion?

I havent taken it off the heatsink....
