Head unit with rear USB

Hey guys,

Im trying to find a head unit that supports iphone/ipod and has the USB plug in the rear of the unit. I'd like to run the USB cable from the back of the HU down to a customized iphone dock. I know there are also Bluetooth units but I have heard the SQ is not as good as direct into the HU. Any suggestions would be great.

thanks

thanks, it would seem i can access alpine and pioneer again, strange that i couldn't get to them earlier, i notice they also have the ida-x303 and the CDA-105. The 117 seems like the best model though it has a couple extra features and a few non essentials taken out, it is also the only HU out of the bunch that has high voltage preouts.

Thanks

Yeah the kenwood looks much simpler, and has the other features the alpines offer aswell. It's going into a dodge dakota 1997, it looks like a 1.5 DIN but I'll probably either get a plate for a single of get my buddy to build a custom plate.
