Hi all- as the title shows, I'm an audio noob. I have done my research and m still flabbergasted by the amount of options.

I have a ford ranger xc, and want to get some new speakers to complement my new head unit (just a pioneer 7300bt). I do not have room for a sub, so was thinking of dropping 4 new 6x8's. Now can anyone recommend a setup that will be around $250-$300 to do this? I am not looking for mind blowing performance obviously, but anything has to be better then the stock 6x8's.

Ps- I'm in calgary Alberta, and have no issues buying used if it's a better set up.
