amp, wiring, speaker, sub, and head unit compatability

Hi there CCAforum.
Not sure if this is in the correct sub-forum but here i go.

Here is my setup (obvious not actually set up yet)

SUB:JL audio 12w0v2 single sub in a ported box
AMP: MTX Thunder 2-channel 200w amp
Cables: Stinger cable box
DECK: JVC double din
Power capacitor: stinger 1 farad
VEHICLE: 92 Lexus es300
SPEAKERS: 6" kicker k6000 marine

My actual question is if all of these parts are compatible together, are there enough watts, and is 2 channels enough for this stuff, and can I get adapters for the 6" speakers to adapt them to 6.5" to fit in my door? Some idiot in best buy (I know, i know) sent me in the direction of 6" speakers when i checked crutchfield.com and it said i need 6.5" for my doors.

Any help is appreciated

There's a good chance you can make the speakers fit fairly easily, it's not that big of a deal. your sub is rated for 300w and is a 4ohm driver, if your amp is bridgeable you'll likely get a close match power-wise.
