Amplification on a Head Unit with poor SNR

Hello,

I have a Jensen VM9424 that I would like to use in my sound system. The manual lists the power ratings and SNR as:

Power Output: 13 Watts RMS x 4 channels into 4-Ohms @ < 1% THD+N
Signal to Noise Ratio: 70dBA below reference (Reference: 1 Watt, 4-Ohms)

I would like to amplify the signal from this head unit but the SNR seems pretty poor. Most aftermarket head units I look at have an SNR of 90~100dBA. Is an amplified signal from this head unit going to sound noisy?

I haven't purchased an amp yet but I plan on amplifying a set of Focal 165 A1s which have an RMS wattage of 60.

Thanks.
