So looking for a 3" midrange add-on to my 6/5/tweet, I know Hertz makes the HL-70, and Focal has the KRX 3" that you can find. I have friends that have the Focal and they sound good but HOLY MONEY BATMAN.

Anyone heard the Hertz and have some feedback?

Other option is ordering something off of partsexpress.com but its a total gamble, anyone ordered a 3" from them? which one was it and how did it sound?

Other options would be awesome, not finding a ton of stuff.

Have a look at the Scanspeak 10f. It's reasonably priced and has excellent performance. You could also consider the Fountek Fr88/FR89.
