hi everyone i have an AVH-X8650BT in my car and im having a problem with it.
it seems to be stuck on please wait while its loading and it restart by itself.

can someone help me about it?

 

sounds like a bad unit or maybe it needs a software update?
I would check the ground for it too just cuz.. don't know if it has any affect on the startup but I always feel more at ease knowing my grounds are good.

 

the ground is good but there is a problem inside the music player there is a memory sd card when i tried to read it i cant??

is the problem the sd card or something else?

 

maybe. try a different SD card and see if that solves your problem... sometimes those cards get formatted and they won't be readable after
I know it happens to me with my micro SD cards for my GoPro..

 

is there any particular files that i need to put into another sd card?

or should i put an empty sd card??

 

put your music in.
I think it plays .wav .mp3 and wma files... possibly some others also but a simple .mp3 file of any song should do

 

its not a memory card for music

there is a memory sd card inside the player itself when i disassemble it i found it inside??

 

oh.. I dont know the purpose for that then ... try reading it on your computer and see what files are inside ?
didn't think headunits would need any memory cards other than music

 

thats the problem i cant read anything on the sd card i think the sd card is damaged
