New install confusion
Hello,
new to the forum,and I just have a quick question.
recently was putting a fairly cheap deck in my daughter's car, and wired everything correctly with proper harness for 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt. Would not power on. I assumed it was the cheap stereo and returned it. Bought a JVC and still no power until I put red and yellow wires together. The deck powers up,but zero sound. Put her original radio back, and it works fine. I'm thinking the wiring harness is faulty but wanted to check with the people in the know. That's where you folks come in.
