Hey guys, i just found this site and it looks huge so this is the place for my clueless self lol.
I finally saved up some $ to get myself a subwoofer + amp but yea.. i am clueless....
My problem is... i have a leased 07 city Golf, so i wonna do the least damage possible.. that is y i was thinking of getting just a subwoofer without any speakers... the deck i have comes with stock mp3 so i don't really see a point in changing that... (am i wrong?)
My question is with your experience what would you suggest for me to invest in with $CAD 800-1000 to spare? Good place with reasonable prices and trustworthy installation? I realize this is way too general of a question.. but any reasonable input would be greately appriciated

tip #1 is if you dont want to do any cutting search long and hard for a hole in the firewall that already has a gromet in it. rilling a hole is your last resort. and make sure you get a gromet so the wire has no chance of shorting out and starting your car on fire.
