The deck will be made by Clarion, and most of the accents I have worked on that have the clarion decks have RCA out, not necessarily sub out. To change the deck, you need to disconnect 3 heater cables that manually operate your vents and heater controls. If you manage to loosen the trim panel, then you will see the colour of the sheaths. Should be one yellow and two black. One black goes in behind the glove box, and the other black and yellow goes under the dash. Unclip and flip down the glove box, and you will see the cable attached to a white triangle of plastic. The other two can be reached by lying on your back on the drivers side and looking up behind the radio. The factory radio has 2 brackets on either side that can be removed from the unit and used with most aftermarket.

Hope that helps

Follow the ends of the cables to where they connect to the actual vent end hidden behind the dashboard. Not the ends where they connect to the control buttons. It is the other end that must be disconnected off of the vents themselves. Once they are disconnected, 2 on the lower drivers side, one on passenger side behind glovebox, then the entire center console can be moved and the cables come along with it.
