What should i go with?

I just bought an 03 nissan 350z, beautiful machine but the sound system sounds like pure crap.
Its 6-1/2" in the back and 6-1/2" and tweets in the front.
Any suggestions on what kind of speaks i should change them to?
I just bought the Panasonic MP3 Deck (CQC5305) and i have about $700 left to play with for speaks and amp. Im not going to go with any subs because there just isnt any room.
Anyways highly appreciate any feedback, thanks in advance.

Clayton

Hertz
think about flat subs under the seats
i would look at 6 1/2 mid subs or 6 1/2 subs for the back or no speaker at all in the back
it is a nice car

the flat subs are made for cars like that
i would not run back speakers
under your p-side seat you can get a sub under there or you can do a 4th order box and port it into the car ,there can be a sub

Take a look on icixsoundforums.com and there is a dude called bing, he seems to specialize in the 350z/g35 installs.

He does some georgeous work and you may find the idea you are looking for.

Go with a respectable set of front speakers and the 4 channel amp. Add the rear speakers at a later date if you must. It is better to sacrifice right now and add a set of speakers later as compared to buying stuff to hit your budget and hoping for the best.

Pioneer makes a really fine ICEpower amp in the PRS4100F model that is a super small chassis, low heat output and is not a power hungry pig. This amp (or the older version (PRSD4000f - same amp, different case) would be the ideal amp for your small car.

Want incredible speakers, look to Morel (www.morelhifi.com), budget dependent of course as they are not cheap (but well worth the investment. As a runner up, the Eclipse speakers are a really fine score as well. (www.eclipse-web.com)
