I bought a new amp, ANd it turns out I was using the high level connecter(from my stock hu) and this new amp doesn't have one of those, Am I screwed or can I splice the wires(thers 5 of them!) into rca connectors? or do I have to buy a better hu with rca's? or a diffrent amp.

Don't splice them. Buy a line out converter (lock).
