Question 2004 Ford Econoline inner door

Any one pulled these apart ? I got all "3" screws out but the window crank won't come off [ speical tool needed or just pull harder ] and how do I get the all plastic panel off with out destoring the " christmas tree " plugs . These are not replacement parts but cast 1 piece to the panel?

Well as it happens I found 2 more screws to remove, 1 under the armrest pull pocket and another behind the molding covering the mirror bolts. Then it was lift and remove. Pics to follow. Thanks Charlie for the heads up.
