East In Car PC

what are the options for in car PC's. Are they any canadian retailers for them as well. Thanks

I played with a car PC at this years finals. I can't rember the brand though (I will post if I find out). All in all, this was the coolest system interface I've ever seen. The screen for the system was touch sensitive. So if you want your nav to come up all you do is draw the letter N on the screen. For music draw M, and so on. The system was very fast aswell. I was quoted $1500 for this particular system.

do any of the pcs/ decks have sub controll or will i need a regular unit as well to controll that?

The unit I looked at was using an H701 for volume control and all processing duties.

for a car pc, there are no all together packages, or any decent ones at least. Best bet is a lot of research and build one yourself that suits your need.

The reward is great though. I can't imagine driving without mine.
